Frequently asked questions
Are parents or guardians required to stay during the session?*
Yes, parents or carers of children under the age of 17 need to stay for the duration of the session. This helps ensure all young riders are safe and supported while they ride.
How do you keep the sessions safe and fun?
Safety is a top priority. I’m first aid trained, insured, and always run a pre-ride safety check. The sessions are structured to be progressive and enjoyable, with plenty of encouragement and chances to try new things in a supportive group.
My child is nervous about joining a new group - how do you help them settle in?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous! I make sure to welcome every rider personally, explain what to expect, and encourage a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Ice-breaker activities and plenty of encouragement help everyone feel part of the group quickly.
