Frequently asked questions

Do parents need to stay during the session?

Yes, parents or guardians must stay for the whole session, as children in this age group are not old enough to be left unattended. There’s a small seating area at the bottom of the hill where you can relax and watch your little ones having fun on their bikes.

That’s absolutely fine! The group is very welcoming, and sessions are designed to help children feel comfortable and included, no matter their starting point. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace, and no one is pushed to try anything they’re not ready for.

We want every child to get the most out of their sessions and feel confident as they progress. If we think your child would benefit from moving to a more advanced group, or revisiting a different group to strengthen their foundations, we’ll discuss this with you. Any recommendations are always made with your child’s comfort, progress, and enjoyment in mind.
